"Our dog needs to be crated when we leave and when we have guests. The wire crates made his anxiety worse and were dangerous. He is more relaxed in the den like atmosphere of this crate and I am more relaxed knowing he won't escape or injure himself. I was worried about the interior frame being a place for him to chew. But we are over a month in and he hasn't damaged anything on the crate. The first crate we ordered was damaged during shipping. The company had a wonderful small business feel and its customer service was excellent when we called about the damage. We had ordered the XL and realized it was way too big when it arrived. "I have a 20 lb Scottish Terrier puppy that's 8 month old. All he wants to do is destroy everything. He literally chewed through the metal rung of a regular crate, somehow stripped out the pan even though it was locked, and walked around the room with the crate on his back. With this new crate, I can finally go to work and not have to worry about my puppy destroying my house. This was worth every dollar of the purchase. It is excellent quality and I expect to use it for years. Rock solid build quality. The door latch and 2 additional latches are extremely secure. Highly recommend!"
